Er. Suhaim Associates is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Junior Architect or Architectural Intern to join our growing design team.

You will

support the team in transforming design concepts into technical realities, assisting with residential and commercial projects from initial brainstorming through to construction documentation.

## Key

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design Support: Assist senior architects in developing concepts, schematic designs, and detailed spatial layouts.
• Drafting & Documentation: Produce accurate 2D architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings for construction.
• 3D Modeling & Visualization: Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings to help clients visualize project outcomes.
• Site Coordination: Visit project sites occasionally to assist with measurements, inspect ongoing work, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Material Research: Assist in sourcing, selecting, and specifying building materials and finishes.
• Collaboration: Coordinate closely with team members, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project progression. ------------------------------

SKILLS

: * Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on command of essential architectural software:

2D Drafting: AutoCAD (essential)

3D Modeling: SketchUp, Autodesk Revit, or Rhino

Rendering: V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar engines

• Presentation: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator (for portfolios and client presentations)
• Drafting Standards: Good understanding of building construction methods, materials, and standard architectural drawing conventions.
• Local Codes: Basic familiarity with local building regulations and zoning bylaws (KMBR/T&CP regulations is a plus). ## Soft
