RESPONSIBILITIES
:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across PAN India.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and leadership to understand recruitment
REQUIREMENTS

Schedule interviews and maintain a smooth candidate experience.
Manage offer releases and pre-joining follow-ups until onboarding.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future
