ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at Solvative. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a good understanding of visual communication, and the ability to work across a variety of creative projects.

You will

work closely with Marketing, Business, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams, as well as the leads , to create high-quality visual collateral for Solvative and Peerfives , including social media, presentations, websites, campaigns, and events. The role requires someone who can adapt their design approach to different brands and audiences creating professional and polished designs for Solvative , while also developing creative and engaging content for Peerfives and its initiatives, products, and campaigns . RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create graphics and visual collateral for social media, websites, presentations, campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives .
• Develop presentations, banners, social media posts, infographics, and other digital and print assets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams and leads to understand

REQUIREMENTS

and translate ideas into effective visual solutions.

• Maintain brand consistency across Solvative and Peerfives while adapting designs to different audiences and communication needs.
• Manage multiple design requests, prioritize tasks, and deliver work within timelines.
• Incorporate feedback and ensure final designs meet the required quality and brand standards.

Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.

• Stay updated with evolving design trends, creative tools, and AI-powered design workflows .

REQUIREMENTS

1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva , and other relevant Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy .

Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.

Good communication, organization, and time-management

A portfolio showcasing relevant design work. Good to Have

Basic video editing

• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.

Experience creating and supporting social media content is a plus.

Basic understanding of UI/UX design .
